What is Chat Café?

Chat Café allows you to chat with people using the text messaging feature on your cell phone. It’s a fast, fun way to communicate, completely in private.

Will Chat Café work on my cell phone?

Chat Café works on most cell phones. However, if you do not receive a reply within a few minutes after registering your cell phone company may not be participating with us. We are constantly adding new carriers and we’ll send you a text message the moment your service provider comes aboard.

How do I start?

On your cell phone send the text message, “CHAT” to 83000. A reply message will take you through the setup process including how to create your profile.

How much does it cost?

Service & Set-up Messages received from the Chat Café service on your mobile cellular phone are not charged the premium rate of .99 cents however other fees that your carrier charges you to send and receive text messages will apply.

Once you are in a chat session each time you send a text message to your chat partner, you will receive 1 text message back that will be charged at .99 cents plus any other fees your carrier charges you to send and receive text messages.

All charges appear on your cell phone bill. You must be an adult over 18 to use this service. Additional carrier charges may apply; contact your provider for more information.

YES	Double Opt-in during registration and account setup.
GO	Completes profile setup.
LOOKING 4	Searches for people you wish to message to.
CEASE	End the chat session.
GO GET	Searches for a specific person that you’ve messaged with in the past.
ME	Review your own profile.
NEW	Lets you change your profile name.
SKIP	Skips the LOOKING 4 function.
HELP	Access support information.
