Service & Set-up Messages received from the Chat Café service on your mobile cellular phone are not charged the premium rate of .99 cents however other fees that your carrier charges you to send and receive text messages will apply.
Once you are in a chat session each time you send a text message to your chat partner, you will receive 1 text message back that will be charged at .99 cents plus any other fees your carrier charges you to send and receive text messages.
The price of each message (excluding the standard Txt Messages rates your carrier charges) will appear within the body of the message that you receive on your mobile cellular phone.

All charges will appear on your cellular phone bill issued to you by your wireless carrier.
